Lorraine is curently serving as a Franklin Fellow in the Office of Economic Policy in the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs. Lorraine's portfolio included a broad range of issue areas related to the Asia Pacific, Africa, and EU as well as the international trade and investment portfolio. Lorraine supported a wide range of international clients and monitored developments in international and domestic energy, trade, investment and fiscal policies, as well as political trends which impact the energy industry and Chevron's international operations and investments. Lorraine joined Chevron in 1999 and has served in International Affairs since 2005.
Lorraine's academic background includes an undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications. Lorraine has also studied Political Science and History at Oxford University in Oxford, England and Energy and Environment in Developing Countries at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
Lorraine currently resides in Arlington, VA.
