My question is if you are employed with USPS before you got a job offer as FSO, does your Annual Leave earning level remain the same, or you have to start from the beginning. For example, if you earn 6 hours every two weeks, do remain at the same level s FSO.

How much annual leave you earn each pay period is based on your years of creditable service. So if you have at least 3 years of creditable federal service you will continue to earn 6 hours of annual leave.
