The Human Resources Specialist requires "a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or other related field." If I have a bachelor's degree in Anthropology plus a JD and will have 3 years of HR experience by the time the next vacancy announcement is posted, will I meet the eligibility requirements? Or, is the bachelor's degree in HR or business administration a must with only 3 years of HR experience? Thank you.

Per the vacancy announcement:

"Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or other related field and at least three years of specialized work experience in human resources or six years of specialized work experience in human resources."

Therefore, with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology plus a JD and 3 years of HR experience by the time the next vacancy announcement is posted, you would not be qualified for the HRO position.

Please consider our other opportunities, including the Foreign Service Office position.
