I was delighted to receive a passing score on the FSOT this week.I am now working on completing my Personal Narrative. How is your FSOT score weighted compared to your Personal Narrative. Are they equally important and how do they affect you being invited to participate in the QEP process? Also, in regards to the Personal Narrative is it acceptable to have one person act as a reference to more than one skill set?

The Qualifications Evaluations Panels look at the total candidate, so everything in your file is considered. There is a longer description of the QEP process in our FAQs and elsewhere in the Forum threads.
