From the Vacancy Notice:Applicants must have a demonstrated proficiency in commonly used Microsoft Office programs (such as Outlook, Excel and Power Point). A Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Word 2007 is mandatory and must be received within 30 days after passing the oral assessment for a candidacy to continue.
