Previously I thought all OAs took place in DC but I've heard of OAs in Atlanta and California. Are there standard locations outside DC for OAs? If not, what determines these? For example, is it the geography of participants or the specific vacancy?

We have administered the Oral Assessments in other U.S. cities. How often we can do this and where depends on our budget and ability to find an appropriate venue.
