I was the last one to meet with Diplomatic Security, out of three (total) who passed on the day of the exam. I don't think I got out of there before 6ish. I would plan the latest flight out of DCA to your location, just so that you don't feel rushed. Check-in the day before so that you have your boarding pass and hope the metro isn't stuck anywhere...
