If a candidate passes the Oral Assessment, the full face-to-face exam is set up that same afternoon, so no need to apply.

The process starts with a candidate responding to a Vacancy Announcement. Those who meet the qualifications are asked to confirm language abilities by taking a phone test. And those who pass the phone test are then invited to the Oral Assessment (OA). There are no Consular Adjudicator Vacancy Announcements at this moment, but you can keep an eye on upcoming vacancies and sign up for electronic alerts at:
