I'm not sure of the question number, but there are questions that deal with brushes with the law. You can write to securityclearance@state.gov if you want a more specific answer.

Question 1): My Linkedin account has some potential foreign nationals that I worked with over ten years ago. These particular individuals worked either in the same industry or in regional offices of my company - in either case, I never worked closely with them, nor had any personal relationship. I do not know their nationality status and, other than accepting a link on Linkedin, haven't worked with them or communicated with them in well over ten years. Do I need to now initiate contact with them to find out their status, and then add them to my list of foreign contacts in eQip? Or can I explain to the security officer (if I pass the oral assessment) that my Linkedin account contains really old business contacts?

Question 2): My in-laws are Brazilian. Do I list young children (my nieces and nephews) or just anyone over the age of 18?

Please list all adult foreign contacts/relatives. You will have an opportunity to discuss the children and facebook friends with a DS reporesntative after you pass the OA.
