I'm trying to apply to the following job : Foreign Service Consular Adjudicator - Portuguese, CALNA-PY-2012-0001, as advertised here: https://mystate.usajobs.gov/GetJob/ViewDetails/308656300 and on Monster.com, but I am having technical difficulties.
The posting requires me to create a resume at USAJOBS.gov and then transfer it over to the DOS website, but ever time I click apply and try to transfer my application between USAJOBS to the Dept of State website, there is a server error. Is there any way I can just start the application from scratch here and if so what is the url to do that? Or is there any other easier way to apply?
