Hello. I successfully uploaded my resume with work history, educational history, references, etc. but now in completing the application for Con Adj at the https://jobs.mgsapps.monster.com/dos/application site, it is asking me again to enter the same work info. Isn't this redundant? Have I done something wrong or can I do something to avoid this apparent redundancy?

Unfortunately you do have to enter all the information into the on-line application. Otherwise USAJobs will treat it as incomplete.

Also we have the application formatted to elicit the information that we need to know in order to make a decision on how competitive each candidate is. The random formatting of individual resumes may mean that some candidates have not provided critical information.

Just to give you a heads up, you will need to enter the same information and more into your security clearance application form if you should be successful in your candidacy. Good luck.

So sorry. The resume I was referring to was the one I entered at USA JOBS, which follows a particular template. As a result, when I review my application, the same job history is viewable in two places. Better twice than not at all, but no one likes redundancy. Any recommendations?

Actually the way USAJobs has the application designed there is some redundancy. That is fine. real

Could anyone shed light on this?

I've entered the work history at USAJOBS.com once. I am prompt to enter the work history AGAIN under VACANCY QUESTIONS at https://jobs.mgsapps.monster.com/dos/


What's up with the software? Is this the expected behavior?
