Is it reasonable to have maternity leave? We don't have kids yet, but I'm applying for the job. I interned with DS a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I have noticed though that whenever I hear about female agents, they're single. I wonder, is the job is more difficult on family life than if the husband were the agent?

We cannot address the question as to whether or not the job is more difficult on family life than if the husband were the agent as that is really dependent on the person themselves. Everyone handles the job and family life differently. One must use sick and / or annual leave or leave without pay under the family medical leave act when on leave for maternity.
