I submitted the documents for my application on March 21. I got a confirmation they had been submitted (Resume, Narrative, Checklist, Transcript). I logged in later to see the status and when I sign in with the same personal information from the posting webpage it does not say that I have uploaded. It just gives me the same page to load up documents. I just want to be sure everything was submitted correctly. Is it possible to check on this? If so, how?
Thanks!
Thanks!

The same thing happened when I uploaded my documents. I got the message that my documents were uploaded successfully, but if I try to log in again, it doesn't confirm that. I wouldn't worry as there is nothing we can do. If it says they were successfully submitted, I will go with that.

I am having the same issue. Has anyone received confirmation as to what we need to do?

As a side note to what I just posted, I have sent two emails to the help desk address listed on the application and received no response. Anyone had luck getting anything back from them?

Same issue for me. I mistakenly clicked on the "continue" tab before uploading my documents and the next page stated that the upload was successful. It appears that you will get a "successful upload" response whether any docs were uploaded or not. I emailed the DOShelpdesk@pdri.com twice but no response. From what I gather from this forum, this is a common problem among applicants. It would be helpful if there was a functional confirmation page giving us the status of whether our application is complete. I would hate to find out later that my application was not considered because of some technical upload issue.

I had the same issue. I went ahead and uploaded my documents again, better to be safe than sorry. After uploading them the second time I printed the confirmation of upload page, which appears after you upload the docs. I think what will happen is that they will have two sets of docs from me.

I staggered my uploads on 2 different days. But after my 2nd upload, I wasn't sure if my 1st set of docs were still in the system. So I uploaded a 3rd time, but with everything all at once then printed the confirmation page. Yes, better safe than sorry.

ALL - At the end of the submission, they confirmed exactly what was uploaded / received. I don't understand your not knowing whether or not it was received.

If you received confirmation after the upload, what is the issue? Agents need to be able to handle things without needing reassurance.

Don't be an A55...
The "issue" is their documents did not show as being uploaded after they received confirmation.
Your bad attitude gives law enforcement agents a bad rap.
