Is it possible for an SA to spend the majority of their career abroad?

Also, if an SA desires to frequently work in 3rd world posts, is it feasible to do so?

It is possible, but in reality a Special Agent will find themselves in a domestic assignment around 50% of the time. There are not enough overseas spots to stay out much longer than that.
