Are there health restrictions to work in Afghanistan, by the state department, when working for a non governmental company? There is a 'rumor' that insulin dependant people are not allowed to obtain clearance. Any truth to this?

I think your best resource regarding any health restrictions pursuant to employment with a private company would be the human resources contact within the company.
