Re: high schooler

Sophie,

I'll leave the "what are my chances?" to the people who might be more informed on the topic.

However, there was one thing that grabbed my attention in your post. You mentioned that you have passed all of the practice FSOT's you have taken; that is not possible unless you have been getting perfect scores on the English and Job Knowledge sections. (And even then it's questionable.) You aren't scored on your number of correct answers, but on how your score compares to everyone else who took the test. Since you're taking the practice tests alone, it's not possible to make those comparisons. And then there's the Bio section, and the scoring for that is not like the others. There are people like me who creamed the English and Job knowledge sections (and have backgrounds that ought to do well on Bio) who score below a 40 on the section. I still passed the FSOT, but I know of one person who claims to have gotten below a 30 on the Bio even though (his/her) scores on the other two sections were much higher.

I'm currently waiting for QEP results, so I can't speak on much more than the test.

Good luck to you, but also be aware that a college degree might be required for your English teaching plans.
