Hours Per Week & Business Transactions

Hello,

I just have two questions. First, how many hours per week does the typical FSO work? - Including all of the social gatherings and other meetings, I mean.

Secondly, does the State Department have any sort of policy regarding if or how FSOs can engage in business transactions unrelated to their positions?
