I haven't been able to find specific websites on Information Technology jobs with the Department of State. Do you know of anywhere I can go to find this, or maybe someone I should contact?

Within the Department of State FOREIGN SERVICE, there are four IT-related Foreign Service Specialist categories. Please click here to view the (now closed) vacancy announcements which describe the duties, qualifications, etc. http://careers.state.gov/specialist/vacancy-announcements/specialist-updates
The positions are entitled: Information Management Specialist (IMS), Information Management Technical Specialist (Digital), Information Management Technical Specialist (Radio), and Information Management Technical Specialist (Telephone). Just click on the job titles (highlighted in blue) to access the closed announcements. If you find you are qualified for/interested in any of the positions, I suggest you sign up for emailed updates. That way, you will be sent a notification when the vacancy announcement(s) reopen.
