Bureau selection for fall 2012 internship

I received a conditional offer letter for fall 2012 internship. However, I applied for two different sections within one Bureau. And the offer letter says what bureau I was selected for but not which section I was selected for. Is there a way of knowing which section I was selected for?

Your selection letter included the name and e-mail for a point of contact in the bureau that selected you. You should contact that person and ask for clarification as to the specific office, or location of your internship.

I just did. However, the contact email included on the offer letter does not work. I keep getting delivery failure notice. Can you inform me whom I may contact? Thanks.
